We will handle all of the preparation work, detailing of the car and formatting of all the paperwork and contracts. this will leave you with nothing else to think about apart from getting quality money for your car.

2. We arrange a time and date to validate and value the car.
3. If the car passes the validation process, then it is transported to our site.
4. Any works to be carried out are always carried out with permission from you.
5. We prep the car and list the car on our website and advertising sources.
6. A buyer comes to view the car.
7. We exchange contracts and funds between the you and the buyer.
8. We arrange a handover date with the buyer.
9. We supply a statutory warranty with the car and deal with aftercare.
Our validation process is to ensure that your car is something that we think will sell. This is to ensure that you will get the money you want from your car. It includes the following:
- We visually inspect your car to see if there are any defects and the overall condition of the car.
- We discuss any issues that we think might need to be addressed prior to sale.
- We come to an agreement on the price that you are willing to take for the car.
If your car has the following then get in touch now
- Is no older than 8 years old
- Has no more than 70,000 miles
- Has no modifications
- Is HPI clear
- Is in overall good condition
- Has a value of £10,000 - £30,000
For handling all of the above we take a 10% commission for our services. you pay for any pre sale arrangements such as any services/MOT that need to be completed, as you would if you were selling your car privately.
- We fully prepare the car cosmetically for the sale
- The car is securely stored at our comprehensively insured premises.
- We carry out a free HPI check on the car
- We advertise the car through our various channels
- We handle all correspondence with prospective buyers
- We organise and perform all test drives
- We format all contracts between yourself and the buyer
- We supply a 3 month statutory warranty to the buyer giving you peace of mind.
We don't charge any more than our standard 10% commission rate. We also don't charge for storage of your vehicle.
The only event in which we would charge is if your car doesn't sell between 6-12 weeks and you want to take it back to sell privately. In this case we would charge a fee of £400.
If your car doesn't sell within 6 weeks then we can talk about other options, or you can take your car back in the hope of selling it privately. in this case we would only charge an admin fee of £150.
